How many sessions should we plan?

It all depends on the student's needs. After discussing your goals with the pedagogical referent and completing the first session with the tutor, we'll gather information about the key areas to focus on. Based on this, we’ll suggest a strategy with a recommended number of hours tailored to the student's requirements.

Who is my main point of contact?

Your main point of contact is the pedagogical referent. They are responsible for developing the educational strategy for the student, coordinating with the tutor, and monitoring the student's progress. The referent ensures regular follow-ups and keeps you informed about any issues related to the student's behaviour or performance. Our main goal is to make sure all arrangements are in place to create a positive and stimulating learning environment where the student can achieve their goals.

How the tutors are selected?

All of our tutors are subject matter experts. We begin by conducting thorough interviews and verifying their diplomas and qualifications. After that, we assign them one student to start with, closely monitoring their teaching methods and the student's progress. We also collect feedback from both the student and parents to ensure everything is going smoothly. Once we’re confident in their approach and results, we assign additional students to the tutor.

What is RubixLearn?

RubixLearn is the platform you can access through the login page. On it, you can easily track the student's progress, view the schedule, check homework assignments, read tutor feedback, manage payments, and access many other important details.

How can the student follow the session online?

The student will receive a link for the online session (via Zoom or Microsoft Teams, depending on your choice). During the session, the tutor will use a tablet to handwrite notes, which the student can follow in real time. This makes the session highly interactive and helps create a stimulating learning environment. After the session, the notes will be sent to the student for review.

How long is each session?

Our main goal is to create a stimulating session where the student can learn and make progress. The session length is flexible and can be tailored to the student's needs, ranging from 15 minutes to any duration required.

What is the pricing policy?

The rate is based on hourly pricing, but don’t worry, you only pay for the actual time you use, even if it’s less than an hour. It’s super flexible and totally depends on what the student needs.

What is the hourly rate?

Our hourly rate varies based on the curriculum and the student's level. However, we do offer discounted packages depending on the number of sessions booked per month. Feel free to reach out to us for a personalized quote ("devis")—we’d be happy to help!

How and when can I pay?

To get started, you'll need to book a set number of sessions in advance. The good news is there's no time limit—you can use your sessions at your own pace!

Payment Methods

At the moment, payments can be made via wire transfer (Western Union or similar services are accepted). If you have any questions or need help with the payment process, feel free to reach out, we’re here to help!

Can a session be canceled?

If you need to cancel a session, no charge will be applied as long as you give at least 24 hours' notice.
For cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a $5 fee will be charged. This is because the teacher won’t be able to schedule another session on such short notice.
